Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go. If you would like to delete your ReadHD account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

1. Open the ReadHD app on your device.
2. Navigate to your Profile.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm your decision when prompted.

Option 2: Web Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@readhd.com from the email address associated with your account.

What happens when I delete my account?

• Your profile information will be permanently removed.
• Your uploaded documents and reading stats will be deleted from our Cloud Brain servers.
• Any active subscriptions must be cancelled through the App Store to avoid future charges.
